Executive Board Member of Primus Valor AG and Managing Director of Alpha Ordinatum GmbH
Gordon Grundler sold his first property while still studying business administration. As a member of the Executive Board of Primus Valor AG, he laid the foundation as initiator for the launch of all property funds in the ImmoChance Deutschland series. In his role as advisory board member, he has supported numerous fund companies with products from various asset classes for many years. Within the Primus Valor AG group, Gordon Grundler is responsible as Executive Board Member for the areas of finance, product development, fund sales and fund administration. At Alpha Ordinatum GmbH, Mr Grundler is Managing Director and responsible for portfolio management.
Sascha Müller
Managing Director of Primus Valor Konzeptions GmbH
Sascha Müller specialised during his business studies in the subject of compulsory auctions of condominium property and wrote his thesis on this topic. With a focus on construction and property and his previous training as a concrete and steel construction worker, he has dedicated his career to the property sector. After holding various positions in project management, purchasing and project development, he joined the management of Primus Valor Konzeptions GmbH in 2009 and has since accompanied the fund companies at an operational level. In addition, Mr Müller is Managing Director of Custodus Objektmanagement GmbH and a member of the management of Invest & Asset GmbH.
Dr. Thomas Peters
Managing Director of Alpha Ordinatum GmbH
Dr Thomas Peters holds a doctorate in law. As legal counsel for, among others, a listed issuing house, he structured and oversaw various investments in the areas of property, shipping and renewable energies. From the outset, his work focused on identifying, assessing and managing risks, with liability prevention as a priority. At Alpha Ordinatum GmbH, Dr Peters is responsible for risk management, internal audit and compliance, as well as anti‑money laundering. He is also responsible for complaints management and data protection.
Marc Bartels
Managing Director of Alpha Ordinatum GmbH
Marc Bartels has been responsible for portfolio management and fund structuring at Alpha Ordinatum GmbH since April 2024. Previously, he spent 25 years in senior positions at a renowned fund provider, gaining extensive experience in portfolio management, trust management and risk management. Since January 2025, he has been a member of the management of Alpha Ordinatum GmbH.
Lothar Jakab
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Lothar Jakab, who holds a degree in business administration (University of Mannheim), is Managing Director of Steinbeis Consulting Impact Investing, having previously served as Managing Director of Steinbeis Consulting Mergers & Acquisitions. Before that, he worked as an Associate Partner at the Perlitz Strategy Group in Mannheim, Managing Partner at Effmann, Jakab & Comp. Unternehmensberatung GmbH, and in various functions within the WISAG Group. Lothar Jakab has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Primus Valor AG since its founding in 2007 and has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 2009.
